Chicken curry
Preparation
Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper and curry paste.
Marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour some oil into a hot pan, and fry the
garlic with the marinated drumsticks.
Add a little water and the lemongrass.
Simmer until it reduces slightly.
Fry the Spicy Wedges for 4-5 minutes
at 175°C or in a separate wok with hot oil.
Add the coconut milk and the Spicy Wedges
to the chicken, and simmer. Before serving
take out the lemongrass.

• Chicken drumsticks
• Stick of lemongrass, crushed
• Curry paste
• Coconut milk
• Garlic
• Salt, pepper and sugar
