CAFÉ VISTA PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:• Delivery of food, equipment, and disposable paper products, as needed.
• Set-up food/beverage tables with the Conference Center staff.
• Please note the time you would like pick up. We clear the serving area within one hour of the serving time in order to maintain safe and healthy food service regulations.
• Café Vista is not responsible for theft of catered food.
This menu is designed as a guideline to help you with your catered event. We can customize your order to fit your needs and budget. If you do not see items you would like, please ask and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please feel free to contact us for your catering needs. Thank you for choosing Café Vista Catering Services.
HOURSYou may pick up or receive your catering orders, including platters from the Café Vista Menu, during regular retail hours (7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.). We provide set-up and delivery to your event within the RCOE main building. There may be additional charges if the request is after the regular hours of operation.
RESERVING THE DATES/SCHEDULING DELIVERIESTo reserve a date, please phone or e-mail to check availability. You will note on the Café Vista Catering Request Form that there is a set-up time. In order to ensure that you serve your guests a wholesome, quality product, we request that you serve the food products within 15 minutes of your set-up time.
CAFÉ VISTA CATERING REQUEST FORM1. Complete the Catering Request Form and discuss it with the Food
Services Manager. Please bring, call, or e-mail the form to Café Vista to discuss your request so that you may obtain a quote before your catered event.
2. The Food Services Manager will confirm the request with the contact person by e-mail. Please have the appropriate signatures.
3. We ask that you submit your catering request seven business days in advance with the number of guests. The final number of guests is required no later than three business days in advance. Please notify Café Vista of changes no later than three business days.
4. The business office will transfer funds from the funding code you have entered on the Catering Request Form to Café Vista Catering. Cash and credit cards are also acceptable forms of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICYIn the event of a cancellation of the function, we require 48 hours notice of the date of the event. You will be charged for the function unless items ordered can be resold and utilized.
