IBA is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to fi ll the position of Business Lending & Support Manager located in it’s offi ce in Alice Springs.

The position assists in the delivery of the IBA’s business fi nance and support programs and economic / business development initiatives within a designated regional area.

• knowledge of business, the various types of business transactions and lending

• good client relationship management skills and experience

• good oral and written skills

• an ability to communicate effectively and with appropriate sensitivity withIndigenous people.

of the region, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. This position has a strong focus

on quality assurance and on the delivery of high quality offender services including the effective

management of risk associated with offending behaviours, complex case management and

supervision. Considerable travel may be required.
