Caffeine is one of the most commonly used stimulants in the world!

The average caffeine in an 8-ounce mug of coffee varies: Brewed coffee — about 85 mg Instant coffee — about 75 mg

Caffeine is naturally found in cocoa beans. For example,

a 1.55 ounce HERSHEY’S milk chocolate bar contains

about 9 mg of caffeine, or 9-14% of the amount of caffeine

in a standard cup of coffee.

restlessness
