We proudly serve the finest aged beef that Alberta has to offer. Every steak
is individually cut to order, charbroiled to your specifications and includes
offerings to match any Emperor’s feast.
Caesar's Steakhouse and Lounge was established
in 1972 and the ownership has remained with the
same family since inception. Our relationships
with our customers, suppliers and our team are
what has made Caesar’s a Calgary Institution.
Our downtown location is in the heart of the
energy and financial district and only minutes
away from most major hotels. Returning patrons
will often ask for their father’s – or even their
grandfather’s – table to enjoy a private dinner,
celebrate a special occasion or for an important
business meeting.
For our renewed Willow Park Village location, a
glamorous new look for the Dining Room and
Lounge was revealed in 2012. Now featuring an
exciting new look, this traditional steak house is
ready for the next generation of Calgary’s
movers and shakers laying claim to their own
table in our stylish Dining Room and sexy Lounge.
Private and semi-private areas are available.
The same suppliers have been with us for over
four decades and have provided us with the
finest Alberta Prime or top tier (10%) of AAA, beef
that meets Caesar’s selection standards, aged a
minimum of 35 days for the ultimate in tenderness
and superior richness of flavor. Every steak is
individually cut to order and charbroiled on our
open flame grill.
A Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” winner
since 2013, Caesar’s takes pride in offering a
selection of fine wines for a memorable pairing
with our menu. We work closely with our wine
importers who deal with some of the greatest
winemakers in the world. These winemakers and
suppliers also share a commitment to the
enjoyment of life and to the strengthening of
relationships with family, friends and the
community so that we may enrich each other’s
lives.
Most important is our team; they are as loyal as
our patrons and suppliers, as many of our
employees have been with us on average more
than 20 years.

Captivating diners since 1972, Caesar’s is
undeniably old school. In rich surroundings of
burgundy leather, golden hues, dark wood finishes
and an open flame grill that evoke a sense of
nostalgia, the setting is not the only thing that
defines Caesar’s, but rather a complete experience.
We have always served the best aged, individually
cut to order and charbroiled beef that Alberta has
to offer paired with accompaniments to match any
Emperor’s feast. Paired with classic cocktails, a Wine
Spectator award of excellence wine list, and the art
of service – a memorable night is assured.

Banquet Room(s) - Private Dining
Private banquet facility located on the second floor, which will accommodate
20 to 100 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 180 guests for a cocktail reception.
Accessible by a separate entrance, it also contains its own set of washrooms.

Caesar's Steak House has been the setting of many storied events for Calgary's
Business Community and Families since 1972 and is pleased to offer guests a variety of
options to accommodate a wide range of events.

Main Dining Room - Private Dining
Located within the main Dining Room overlooking the grill.
For parties up to 36 guests for seated dining events.

Lounge Mezzanine – Semi Private
Located within the second level of the Lounge overlooking the Bar
and comes complete with its own set of washrooms.
For parties up to 32 guests for seated casual dining events.

Our event dining menu options are designed to feature Caesar’s signature cuisine
served in a timely fashion for large groups. At the time of booking we will require the
Menu Selection.
Our servers will then take the guests’ choice as applicable for each First, Second,
Principle and Dessert Plates at the beginning of the meal service.

Caesar's wine & liquor list is selected by our sommelier.
We take pride in offering a selection of fine wines for a memorable pairing
with our menu. We work closely with our wine importers who deal with some
of the greatest wine makers in the world.
For wine selection, premium and large format wines paired by the course, or
other special requests please contact our event coordinator. Wine is
charged per bottle opened, fully or partially consumed.
Beer, liquor and spirits are charged on a per consumption basis and vary in
price range.

Minimum Charges
Semi-private and private dining is subject to minimum charges. Food and
beverages (including alcohol) are applied towards your minimum guarantee; any
additional rentals, gratuity and tax are in addition to the minimum charges. If the
minimum charge is not reached, a room rental fee will apply for the difference.
Guaranteed Number of Guests
The guaranteed number of guests is required (2) two working days prior to your
event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the actual attendance
(whichever is greater).
Tax & Gratuity
18% Gratuity and 5% GST will be added to the final bill and do not contribute
towards any applicable room minimum charges.
Final Bill
The final bill is due payable on the day of your function. We accept cash, debit, and
all major credit cards; we do not accept cheques for final payment.
Allergy Concerns
Our culinary team at Caesar’s Steak House will be happy to accommodate any
allergy or dietary concerns, please advise your event coordinator. Any guests with
allergies must also identify themselves to a server the day of the event.
Cakes
Guests may bring their own cake, in which case a cutting and plating charge of
$5.00 per person applies.
Parking is Available
Complimentary valet parking nightly after 5:00 pm. Paid self-parking available on
adjacent streets or pay lots.
Decorations
Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations, however no confetti or loose
petals can be thrown or sprinkled on tables or floors. We do not permit anything to
be nailed, tacked, stapled or taped to the walls, floors or ceilings.
