To maintain the dignity of the center, it should produce publications that are at par with the publications of major universities in Metro Manila. Research outputs should be evaluated by respected scholars to ensure credibility and reliability of the studies conducted. With such credibility, local studies centers shall be looked upon as the vanguard of cultural heritage conservation in the regions.
