NZ Army Driver...
• Minimum age: 17 (year 11 completed)• School Qualifications: A proven ability in maths
and english at NCEA level 1.
• Divers Licence: You will need a restricted Class 1 driver's licence and should have no traffic convictions.
• Other info: 100% colour image required. Mechanical ability would help your applicant.
• Pay: Between $25,800 and $72,600 a year does depend on rank.
• Training:• For the first 12 weeks you will attend recruit
training in Waiouru where you will adapt from civilian to Army life and learn to be a soldier. Once this is completed, you will be ready to start learning your trade.
Career 2:
NZ Army Ammunition Technician
• Minimum age: 17 (Year 11 Completed)
• School Qualifications: A proven ability in English, Maths and Science at NCEA Level 1 .
• Additional Information: 100% visual colour image required.
• Pay: Between $75,000 and $100,000 a year but depends on rank.
• Training:• For the first 12 weeks you will
attend recruit training in Waiouru where you will adapt from civilian to Army life and learn to be a soldier. Once this is completed, you will be ready to start learning your trade. All Ammunition Technicians undergo the Royal NZ Army Logistic Regiment Basic Course.
Career 3:
NZ Army field engineer
• Minimum age 17 • Year 11 completion • School Qualifications: A proven
ability in English and Maths at NCEA level 1(12 credits per subject) or equivalent.
• Driver's Licence: A Class 1 restricted driver's licence is recommended, but is not compulsory.
• Pay: Between $46,190 and $80,057. Depends on what rank you are
• Training:• For the first 12 weeks you will attend recruit
training in Waiouru where you will adapt from civilian to Army life and learn to be a soldier. Once this is completed, you will be ready to start learning your trade.
