“Some of our favorite memories are of spending time with people we care about, in a restaurant, with great food and drinks. Nothing too fancy or expensive. Just good and comfortable.”

We started with a food truck and then a tiny four-seat Bao Shop inside a hair salon named Great Bao. In the fall of 2012, we met the owners of Eureka Casino and began working on a management agreement and overhauling the existing restaurant space. On January 9th, 2013, Fat Choy was born. The concept is simple. Classic American diner with Asian comfort foods. This menu has been created with love and served with care. Delicious peppery hot wings? We have that. Award winning slow cooked pork belly stuffed into a
