5-storeybuilding occupying a single shophouse lot.On the
exterior,the eye-catching
facadefeaturesabrightwhiteappearancewithrhyth- mic design
ofaluminium louverpanelsmounted on stripsoffritted glasswall.The
steelframe structural system
withcompositeflooringandexposedsteelfram- ingroofbracinghelp
tomaximisetheusableinterior spacesand toallowamoreopenedatmosphere.
Thelibraryfunctionsmainlyasaplacetorestwithafa-
vouritebookinoneshand,andacupofcoffeeonthe
other.Anadjacentcafeshopislinkedtotheground
