In the modern day market customer is said to be the king. The companies in order to earnprofits and create value based services and good products will always have to consider
the consumers & their problems with expansion in new market and sector.
Day by day competition is increasing in the market. Britannia !mul are the main market
leader in Indian market. Due to globali"ation there are lots of choices through various
brands in the market to buy #heese for us. $o for any brand to keep increasing their sales
it is very important to provide good %uality and some uni%ue offerings to the customers.
It is the differentiation of the product which makes any brand king of market or forces
him out of market.
rom other country cheese is being imported in India but due to high price and different
flavors from Indian consumers they don't have much demand in India but with time the
sales of such brands is increasing day by day. In Delhi (raft and )resident the two
important brands have good shelf si"e in !* class shops. oreign consumers who are
living in India prefer to purchase these imported brands.
+ocal brands are also posing huge competition in the market, they are providing fresh
cheese at very less prices so in B-B markets they are dominating. ven middle class
people are preferring to bye local brand due to less price. In case of pi""a cheese the
consumer prefers to purchase local brands of cheese like Dairy #raft loric #hodhery
!shu etc.

The success of any pro/ect depends largely on the encouragement and
guidelines of not only the team which has put all their efforts but many
