28 de abr il- ¡El Concurso Nacional de Fitness! Los miembros del club tendrán la oportunidad de competir contra sí mismos mediante el seguimiento de sus logros y esfuerzo. El Concurso les ayudará a construir la motivación intrínseca, la confidencia y la competencia
