High efficiency Partial Load Energy efficiency up to 6.1, step control is
applied as default; With high efficiency compact semi-hermetic screw
compressor, low compression ratio avoids over compression and short compression;
Design condition has been optimized to be as close as to the actual application, performance in part load increased significantly.
High efficiency evaporator, Fully counter flow heat exchanger, high efficiency.
Precise control by high precision and fast responding electronic expansion valve, adjusted with compressor synchronously; Start steadily, prevent the refrigerant(liquid) from spattering into the compressor.
Optimized refrigerant pipe design, Zero pressure drop (P=0kPa) ball valve increase efficiency & performance.
Control High precision temp. sensor(+/-0.3oC), working range 20~150oC; Superheat degree control SCH, fast responding on refrigerant side, more accurate; Adopt “ fuzzy control” principle to control the compressor capacity output based actual demand, thus reducing power consumption.
Environment friendly Refrigerant: R134a, ODP=0, GWP=0.29, no damage to
the ozone layer Less refrigerant charge, Less GWP influence, more
environment friendly e.g. WLWC-520C3A, refrigerant charge=172kg, and the flooded type for same model, refrigerant charge=340kg

The unit should be installed at a location that fulfils the following requirements: The unit should be in a special device room. The foundations must be level and stable enough to ensure that no vibrations or operating noises occur when
the unit is in operation. The unit should be installed in such a way that it is only accessible to authorized, trained and technical
personnel, and use appropriate equipment to keep unauthorized persons away from the unit. There must be sufficient clearance around the unit to carry out maintenance or repair work. Make sure the leaking media do not damage the installation location or the environment. Choose the installation location so that operating noise does not cause a disturbance. There should be drainage around the unit foundation in order to drain out the water in the system when the unit
stops or is in the maintenance. There should be no pipes or wiring pipe above the compressor.
