Executive Summary: Directors were provided with the Design Development Project Manual as prepared by Haila Architects for the 24th Street projects. This manual summarizes the final work in the Design Development phase. At this time, Haila Architects is seeking formal Board approval before moving to the Construction Documents phase for preparation of technical drawings and specifications. Financial Information: Fund: Estimated Cost: Budget Amount: NOTE: The Design Development Project Manual is available for public review at the Crawford Educational Services Center, 415 Stanton Avenue.
