Goal: Collaboration and high student achievement
Building Performance Index of 100 or higher to earn award
Potential Award: $1000.00 for each eligible building staff member

Goal: Collaboration and high student growth
85% or more of the building teacher level value added reports at Average, Above Average, or Most Effective
Potential Award: $1000.00 for each eligible building staff member

Goal: Grade level and subject area collaboration and high student growth
All team member’s teacher level value added reports at Average, Above Average, Most Effective
Potential Award: $1000.00 for each eligible team member

Eligibility
All building teachers, principal, assistant principal, guidance counselor, nurse eligible unless opt out.
To be eligible, certificated staff must be employed under contract by the Bloom-Vernon Schools by October 1 of the current school year and remain employed with the district through the end of the school year. Part-time contracted certificated staff are eligible for awards on a pro-rated basis.
