Liquid Protein Boosters

1 – many

Select one to several fruits and veggies. Rough chop and/or peel as necessary. Add to Blender.

2. Add liquid to halfway up your fruits and veggies.

3. Choose at least one protein and add to blender.

4.If using, choose 1-2 flavor boosters.

5.Place lid on blender. Plug in. Turn on. Puree.

6.Check consistency & flavor.Add liquid to loosen if needed. Add more of any flavor. Enjoy!

FOOD SAFETY• Wash hands first.• Store leftover smoothie & produce in fridge.• Clean all surfaces and utensils.

STRETCH IT/USE IT ALL• Make a fruit salad with leftover fruit.• Reblend leftover smoothie with ice to refresh.• Cook & cool leftover vegtables & puree with broth for soup.
