Made as a protection to the powers of the federal government.

Bill of Rights

Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment

of religion. Freedom of RAPPS.

First Amendment

Right to bear arms.

A well regulated militia

Second Amendment

No quartering of troops in peacetime without consent of

the owner.

Third Amendment

No illegal search and seizures.

Need a search warrant.

Fourth Amendment

No double jeopardy

Fifth Amendment

Right to fair and speedy trial.
