High-Level Quarter Over Quarter Transition Process
• Individuals update OKRs with most recent progress and submit an assessment (score, if scoring is enabled)
• Managers meet with individuals to review current quarters OKRs’ progress and assessment
• Each team conducts a OKR reflection meeting
• Archive current quarter OKRs (score, if scoring is enabled) with final assessment.
• Clone objective if the work applies to the next quarter
• Leadership team sets Top Company Objectives for next quarter
• Leadership team announces next quarter Top Company Objectives to the company

Assessing your objective
1. On the Objective detail page, open the Actions menu
2. Select Assess3. In the Assessment modal,
add comments reflecting on the progress and achievements. If scoring is enabled, score the objective
4. Click Save
