Plan for partnership
10
Regionally, most Daimler MPC in market country is establishing
vocational training. Mutual partnership is feasible to strengthen and
to improve TVET quality in conceptual and operational level.
Continuously accommodate and conduct related TVET program
such as: internship, dual-system and upgrading in cooperation with
dealer and network.
Best practice experience sharing within TVET stakeholders by
means of working group.
2nd High Officials Meeting (HOM) on SEA-TVET | Bali, 12-14 May 2016
Suggestion and Recommendation:
11
1. Aligning of national education system within SEA country member,
particularly in TVET whether it is formal or non-formal education. (learning
from EU: Bologna Process).
2. Deploying win-win cooperation between industry, TVET Institution and
government in preparing “mentor / supervisor” to improve internship
phase during vocational training and education. (learning from:
Meisterprogramm in dual-system).
3. Well preparing and organizing internship phase in view of prerequisite,
implementation and evaluation. (link and match).
