Welcome to Barnard Marcus’ Land and New Homes brochure.
Due to the continued growth and success of our department we have
increased the size of our brochure to showcase a number of the fantastic
New Homes we are currently marketing or will soon be launching. With
almost 50 current or forthcoming developments, not all have made it into
this edition so please call for a full list of our available schemes.
In addition to expanding the size of the brochure, we have also
strengthened our Land & New Homes team. We now have 6 dedicated
New Homes Managers and 4 dedicated Land Managers who all work
closely with our 37 branches across London and Surrey. Our Land Team
have had their most successful year in 2014 and continue to work on
