It is a project involving 127 city association and 494 people known as ‘radars’ designed to detect any changes in the daily routine of these people, their behaviour or their apperance which might show a risking sign or the need for help.
The project has the support of the governmental measures which were approved by the Quality of Life, Equality and Sports Commission in May 2012, and represents an extension of the first stage of Radars, which was implemented in a single district, so as to include all the Barcelona neighbourhoods by 2014.
