Sebagian besar (87%) Finalist Indonesia MAKE 2014 belum menetapkanrencana pengembangan pengetahuan organisasi mereka, tetapi lebihmemasukkan strategi human capital development atau pengembanganinovasi sebagai strategi KM mereka.
Hal ini menunjukkan KM di Indonesia memiliki peluang untuk menghasilkannilai lebih besar lagi jika dikelola mengikuti best practice KM dunia, yaituAset Pengetahuan yang lebih terencana dan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaanyang disadari.

Dampak yang nyata dari perusahaan mengembangkan kemampuan KM-
nya adalah perusahaan dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat dan

Trend MAKE di dunia berfokus pada creative process dan creative
employees. Yaitu bagaimana perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan
dan kapabilitas karyawannya terutama ketika perusahaan dituntut untuk
adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi digital, berkembangnya social media
dan semakin meningkatnya harapan dan tuntutan pelanggan di era
keunggulan kompetitif saat ini.

Trend MAKE di dunia adalah dalam mendapatkan dan menempatkan “orangyang tepat” (talented new knowledge worker). Generasi baby boomerssudah mulai banyak yang mencapai usia pensiun.
