to learning by attending to the personal, social, emotional and developmental needs ofall students to ensure that we have happy, healthy, and successful students at NIST.

Some reminders The Central Area is not available for playing in before and after school. Children
may play on the playground with supervision from parents or nannies but please donot use movable equipment such as bikes, blocks and water toys. The bookroom is
also available but no food or drink is to be taken in and an adult must be
supervising.
Only bus children are permitted to come in to drop off their bags in the mornings.
Others should wait until the shaker has gone and then encourage your child to be
as independent as possible in managing their belongings.
Spare uniforms are provided in case of accidents at school. They are labeled EY
Spare and need to be washed and returned to school
Class parents - Each EY class needs a NIPTA class parent. Please speak to your
homeroom teacher if you are interested in this role. If youd like more information
email [email protected]
There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of this
presentation. If you have questions that are applicable to all EY please ask them. If
you have specific questions about your child please email your homeroom teacher
to make an appointment
