THE ATC LOCATORThe ATC Locator is located on the Autodesk “Find a Partner” webpage where customers can find information about everything from re-sellers to training centers. It includes information such as site authorizations, additional sites within the organisation and (at a later date) instructor credentials such as certification and training badges.
AUTODESK EDUCATION AAP PAGES & LOCATORStudents, Educators and Academic Institutions can learn more about the Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner (AAP) program by clicking the link “Learn & Teach” on the Autodesk Education webpage.
On these new pages customers are able to submit training and development queries using a form, resulting in leads that will be provided to our AAP Partners.
THE EVENTSMANAGEMENT SYSTEM*The Events Management System (GEMS**) allows you as a Program member to publish and promote your courses and events on the official Autodesk Event webpages (many of which are availablein local languages).
Entering your course details helps you improve visibility of your training siteand promote the courses you deliver.
InstructorDevelopmentEnsure yourinstructors are up to date and certifiedThe Autodesk Instructor Development Portal (IDP) is a great resource made available to Autodesk authorized instructors only.
This comprehensive tool provides the resources and learning paths instructors need to ensure they are up to date on Autodesk product features and industry information. IDP includes an extensive offering of localised content.
The IDP is also the place where Instructors will be able to complete their Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) paths.
AUTODESK CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR (ACI) PROGRAMThe Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Program is available to Autodesk authorized instructors and educators only and will help your Training Center stand out from your competitors. ACI instructors are recognized experts at providing training on Autodesk software.
To become an Autodesk Certified Instructor you have to complete the following steps:
• Complete the Autodesk Instructional Methods course (on the IDP)• Complete a minimum of 16 hours of Product Courses (on the IDP)• Complete Autodesk Certified Professional Certification (ACP)*
The ACI credential is valid for three years, as long as certain requirements are fulfilled on an annual basis.ACI instructors receive an official ACI badge to be shared in email signatures and websites such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Add value through Autodesk Product Certification
As an Autodesk Education partner you will be recognized as providing industry leading training solutions to individuals in commercial, government and academic institutions across the markets you serve.
By expanding into the certification market as a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) you will be able to extend your offer with globally recognized certification programs to all of your customers. The increasing demand for Autodesk product certification and a growing portfolio of exams available, makes this the perfect time to differentiate yourself from your competition when becoming a total solutions provider.
There are currently two levels of certification available, the Autodesk Certified User (ACU) and the Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) exams.
Autodesk Certified User(ACU) ExamThe Certified User exam is designed for students who are relatively new to Autodesk software and includes multiple-choice and performance based questions. Before taking the Certified User exam, students should have a minimum of 50 hours of hands-on experience with the software.
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) ExamThe Certified Professional exam verifies a full and complete understanding of the Autodesk product. Questions include creation and editing of data files, multiple choice, matching and point-and-click. Before taking the Certified Professional exam your customer is recommended to complete a course and get 400 hours of hands-on experience with the software.
If successful with your exam you will be awarded a digital badge, which can be attached to your social media accounts or online documentation such as a CV and/or email. This allows you to share your skills online in a way that is simple,trusted and easilyverified. You can alsobuild credibility, and highlight your achievement, by listing your name in the Autodesk Certified Professionals database (ACU and ACP).

• Prepare students and customers using GMetrix ACU & ACP Practice Tests
• Enhance confidence in certification by offering the retake option, giving the security of a free resit should a certification exam be failed
• Non-native English language speakers can request exam time extensions
