1. This project is about a mechanical energy harvester usingBUMPING STEPS to generate a voltage while walking on th
and to charge and POWER led based Lamp for pathways.
The main reason of going for mechanical energy harvesting energy production from physical movements is as an alternaconventional energy sources.
There is no need for additional effort except to walk on tloaded steps.

The main principle of operation of BUMPING STEPS is, as people wover spring loaded bumping steps, a small cam is operated and in tugenerators Induces a voltage which is stored in the battery.
The main principle used in the Foot Pedal power generator operat
working is mechanical energy harvesting. Energy can be generate
walking thus reducing the stress and problems of energy crisis.

Operation
This model has been designed in three segments.
On the first floor the dc generators have been calibrated. To the generaare mounted. Beneath this shaft a layer of springs are welded.
On the second floor another layer of springs are placed.
On the top floor the knobs, which are pressed are fabricated. These kn
to the shaft of the generators.
The energy produced is saved in the batteries, which is used for led
