•Dates of reviews: Monday, March 5 – Friday, March 16

School Improvement Review Team
• Two person team: principals, teacher-chairs, and OCS staff
• Team members trained in January/February
• OCS creates the teams

I. Team arrives by 8:10 am
II. Classroom Observations: 8:30 am to 11:30 am
III. Working Lunch: 11:30 to 12:15 pm
IV. Leadership Team Interview: 12:15 to 1:00 pm
V. Write Reflection Report: 1:00 to 2:30 pm
