This form should be used by a NSW licensed firearms dealer, making application for a police confirmation and certification forimportation of paintball markers & parts as stock. If you are also importing ammunition for the paintball markers(paintballs),
you must complete the Ammunition form, in addition to this form.
This application is for long arm paintball markers and parts only.For handgun or military style paintball guns, you must contact Customs.
This form is interactive and may be completed electronically, printed, signed and returned with your B709 application form to:Coordinator Imports, Compliance and Intelligence Unit, Firearms Registry, by email [email protected],

If applicable, attach a copy of the Seizure or Detention Notice issued by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service
All imports are subject to the conditions and requirements as set out in the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulation 1956regardless of whether or not a Police Confirmation certificate has been issued.
You may wish to attach an invoice or list with the serial numbers of the paintball markers, but you must complete thequantity and description below. If there is insufficient room, you can use the 'Additional Firearms' form.
