1.All students applying for the session 2017-20

must appear in e-CHAT 2017 and Group

Discussion & Personal Interview. e-CHAT is

a MCQ based Online Test of 1 hour duration.

Selection will be on the basis of e-CHAT score &

Group Discussion & Personal Interview. (All

students must appear for both e-CHAT & Group

Discussion & Personal Interview).

2.Your application for appearing in the

Admission Test (e-Chat 2017) to be held

on the month of May 2017, must reach us

positively 10 days before the exam. The time

of the Test would be mentioned in your ADMIT

SLIP. Please check the Website for the test

date and centre details (www.iihm.ac.in)

3.Admit Slip would be sent to individual

candidates by e-mail & Speed Post / Courier.

The Institute does not take the responsibility for

non-delivery of the Admit Slip due to postal

delay or wrong e-mail address.

4.The format of the Admission Test is given on

the Website. Candidates are required to consult

relevant periodicals and books for preparing for

e-CHAT 2017.

5.Candidates would not be allowed to

carry any piece of paper or articles or book

apart from the Admit Slip in the Examination

Centre. Any person found guilty of applying

unfair means would have his/her examination

cancelled.

6.a) e-CHAT exam will be held in preferred

Centres all over the country and the list is

provided on the Website.

b) GDPI will be held in selected centers across the

country and the list is provided on the Website.

Please refer these list (Exam & GDPI) carefully while

filling up the Application Form.

7.Each candidate must sign attendance

sheets in the appropriate column against his/her

Roll no and Name and in no case shall the

applicant leave the cafe without signing these

sheets.

8.Use of mobile phones or calculators for

reference is strictly prohibited.

9.For Group Discussion & Personal Interview,

candidates must carry original mark sheets

& Dress code should be formal.

10.Students must mention the preferred

centres for both e-Chat Test & Group Discussion

& Personal Interview from the list provided

on the Website.
