    Tomakeexercisesharder,slowlyincreasethenumberofrepetitions.

    Workhard,butstaywithinyourlevelofcomfort.Youmayfeelyourmusclesstretch.Exercisesshouldnotcausesharppain.

    Buttocks squeeze (gluteal sets)

    Bendyourfulllegsoyourfootisflatonthefloororbed. Pressyourheelintothebedandliftyourbuttocksusingyourlimb. Keepyourhipslevelasyoulift.

    Limb lifts: Lying on side (side-lying hip abduction)

    Chair push-ups (triceps push-ups)

    Sitinachairwithelbowsbent. Placeyourhandsonthearmsofthechair.
