Leadership Track:
This track is for delegates that are either leading a team, functionality or leading a project,
as they need more specific and advanced knowledge and skills that will associate them in
leading what they do and fulfilling the goals.
1. Leaders reflect on their journey and relate to how it is beneficial to them in their
personal life and professional life.
2. As the journey of a leader is difficult and it goes through a lot of pressure and
demotivation, Leaders learned how to motivate themselves and the delegates they
are leading.
3. Leaders came across a very important aspect, which is: problem solving. They
were introduced to the topic and knew the importance of this topic and how
relevant it is. Those happened by going through a small workshop and them
started sharing their problems with each other and learn from each other’s
problems.
