Many thousands of enterprises pay to dispose of
Biomass and other waste materials generated by
their own operations.
They also pay for electricity and natural or propane
gas or diesel fuel oil to produce heat and hot water
and to power and heat (or cool) their businesses.
Many are looking for an affordable way to comply
with environmental laws that regulate the disposal of
their waste materials.
Many want on-site Energy Security, Reliability
Resilience and Self-Controlled Operation.
The Problems

AgriPowers Product Line
Our product line consists of:
Waste to Heat Only (HO) Systems.
Waste to Combined Heat and Power (CHP)Systems.
Customer Generated Waste Heat to PowerOnly (PO) Systems.

AgriPowers unique and proprietary Waste-to-Energy (WTE)HO and CHP Systems use Biomass and many other types ofwaste materials as fuel.
They provide secure, on-site, reliable, base load Heat Energyand electricity.
The Heat Energy is suitable for heating, hot water, steam andnumerous Co-Generation applications.
The CHP Systems also generate from 125 kW to 3,000 kW(3 MW) of electricity.
The PO Systems generate from 125 kW to 10,000 kW
(10 MW) of emissions free electricity.
Our core technologies are well established and providesignificant operational and economic benefits.
Our Systems are non-condensing and do not require water, steamor high air pressure (or technical or safety personnel) to operate.

Their primary (lower) extended combustion chamber provideslonger dwell time to completely and cleanly combust the fuel andenable compliance with EU requirements.
Their high temperature extended (upper) combustion chambercleanly and efficiently combusts volatile chemicals. Reducespollution and enables plywood (glue) and painted and creosotetreated wood to be used as fuel.
They can operate from 2,200F down to 1,000F which is below thechemical reaction point of many troublesome emission materials.
They use a unique over-, under- and mid-fire air design thatprovides greater flexibili ty to cleanly combust a wide variety of wet,
dry and mixed fuels.Minimal residual ash (1 - 3%); automated stoking and ash removal.
Their proven software enables maximum operating flexibility, continuous System optimization and constant emissionscompliance.

We use several Waste Heat Generators (WHGs) obtained from
Best of Breed suppliers (P&W, GE) and contract manufacturers
that are selected for our customers specific requirements.
Some high temperature WHGs operate at 600F instead of at 200F
for greater heat, hot water and steam outputs.
Some of our WHGs use a high efficiency hot oil system instead of
a low efficiency hot air system.
These WHGs will produce considerably more net electrical output
and greater customer value in high temperature, high humidity
locations which is where most Biomass is produced (e.g., output ofabout 120 kW vs. about 70 kW).
The WHGs flexible design enables them to be operated in parallel
so we can offer our customers customized Systems with from one
up to six WHGs.

This graphic shows one of AgriPowers CHP Systems (the AG-375), mounted on two tractor trailer chassis(that are not included). Depending on its size and configuration, the typical mid-size AgriPower System willusually be transported on three trailers. The first trailer will usually contain: (1) the Fuel Feed Hopper; (2) theCombustion Chamber; (3) the Fans and Filters Module; and (4) the Automated Control Module. A secondtrailer will usually contain: (5) AgriPowers proprietary T3 Technology Module (it stands for Thermal Treatmentand Transfer) and the Auxiliary Equipment Module; (6) Waste Heat Generator #1; (7) Waste Heat Generator
#2; (8) Waste Heat Generator #3; and (9) the Utility Interconnection Module. The third trailer will typicallycontain site specific Balance of Plant and related equipment.
Ease of Transport; Rapid Installation

They are prefabricated, modular and transportable; the skidmounted components can be placed on the chassis of tractor-
trailers, enabling them to be easily and inexpensively brought to the
customers sites and remote, off-grid locations (and disaster sites)
where the fuel is located.
They can be easily and quickly installed and fully operational (or
dismantled) at the customers site and are controlled by the
customer.
They are exempt from or in compliance with applicable national and
local permitting regulations.
They are scalable and can provide additional low-cost electricity,
heat, hot water and/or steam (or air conditioning or refrigeration) to
satisfy our customers various requirements (i.e., customized
solutions).

Their proven technology reduces maintenance, operating costs and
downtime.
They are reliable and have an uptime rate of >95%.
They are fully-automated and their operation does not requireexpensive, on-site engineers or technicians.
They substantially reduce the cost and market risk of obtaining
diesel fuel oil and natural and propane gas.
We provide our customers access to worldwide installation andservice networks capable of monitoring and maintaining their
Systems on a 24/7 basis.

Emission Control Flexibil ity
The basic combustion chamber comes with a multi-clone
air filter that catches most fly ash.
A baghouse filter can be added to catch very small flyash particles and will satisfy virtually all federal and local
permitting requirements (PM2.5).
FOR HIGH VALUE OPPORTUNITY FUELS (GLUE, PAINT,
CREOSOTE, ETC.):
A urea or lime spray system can be added to neutralizeproblem emission materials.
A catalytic converter can be added to neutralize very
difficult emission materials.

Using Biomass as a fuel helps to combat climate change. Thats becauseBiomass is often considered carbon neutral because the carbon dioxidereleased when it is combusted is eventually absorbed by other Biomass as itgrows. So, unlike natural gas or fuel oil , Biomass releases no net carbon dioxideinto the atmosphere. It is a closed-loop energy source, simply re-circulating thecarbon dioxide already within the Earths carbon cycle. And its a perpetual, renewable fuel source.
Combusting Biomass Is Carbon Neutral

Heat Energy and Co-Generation have many valuableuses:
Heating (buildings, greenhouses)
Hot Water (hospital, college and hotel kitchens, showers, laundries, swimming pools, food processing)
Steam (buildings, breweries)
Air conditioning (commercial buildings)
Refrigeration (supermarkets, food and flower storagesites)
Water purification and desalination (disaster andmilitary sites)
Making ice (disaster and military sites)
Drying and bonding (kilns, lumber mills)
Pre-drying excessively wet fuels (paper and pulp
sludge, municipal sludge, spent grains)
Co-Generation Applications
27
8/13/2019 Agri Power
28/32
AgriPowers technology produces significant cost-savings for its
customers by:
1) Reducing waste disposal expenses;
2) Producing low-cost electricity and Heat Energy suitable for many
Co-Generation applications;
3) Reducing diesel fuel oil and natural and propane gas costs; and
4) Generating tax benefits, carbon credits, grants and subsidies.
THE RESULTING CUSTOMER SAVINGS ARE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE A
COMPLETE RETURN ON INVESTMENT (100% PAYBACK) IN ABOUT 3 TO
4 YEARS (BEFORE TAX BENEFITS, CARBON CREDITS OR SUBSIDIES).
Additional Benefits:
We do NOT use food crops or animal feed for fuel.
Reduced commodity risk; to the extent that our customers generatetheir own waste as a reliable fuel source, they eliminate the market risk ofobtaining diesel fuel oil at an uncertain price.
