Observations and lesson learnet
Have been identified several key areas need to be followed close before
and during the implementation phase of every project:
The geotechnical report before start the projects need to improve in
terms of quality to allow the civil consultants design properly taken in
consideration the real soil conditions.
The work done by Land surveyors before the construction phase, in
terms of demarcation the site plan in every projects should be checked
to make sure that the coordinates are corrects.
It should be required from the Contractor to submit the Contractors
Quality Control Plan after award of the contract and before start of
the physical work, to make sure its procedures comply with the contract
requirements.

Mentoring Process: Implementation
The process, has been working, because every time,
when I am doing site visits with my partner or mentee we
talk about issues and challenges we have faced or already
are facing in our projects, and we would be sharing our
opinions on how to sort out these situations. In fact this
is a way named, idea sharing, which we have been using
every time.
There are other several examples we could mention:

Mentoring Process: Implementation
Also we have been sharing the idea about the contractor quality
control plan, which should be submitted by the contractor before
start the physical work on site, and we agreed to write a document to
be used as a base line and circulate to the principal agents for
assessment.
In summary, every time that we make a visit on site, become informal
session that we use to evaluate and discuss about how our projects
are running, which challenges we are facing in terms of scope, time, cost, progress, contractor performance, consultant performance and
even project manager performance.
