My dear parents, teachers, and students,
Amidst the enormous change in the teaching pedagogy, the years of
virtual schooling have taken away the opportunities of live
performances. But certainly, this cannot not be a barrier to
education nor to the struggle for excellence.
We, the Management and Rosary Staff, will leave no stone unturned
in empowering our Rosarians to grow with the changing times. The
E-Magazine is one of our endeavors to bring out our students’
latent talents on a virtual canvas - to help them to be creative,
to communicate and connect with one another as we move on in our
lives. Enjoy reading our magazine.
My dearest students, my heart is indeed overwhelmed to see
that you know your strength and leverage on it, to be the best in
life. Furthermore, your enthusiastic response has proven that "The
talent of success is doing what you can do well and doing well in
whatever you do."
May you continue to shine and emerge as victorious stars, and
may your confidence always be sky high to convert all challenges to
success.
I sincerely appreciate and congratulate all those who have
contributed to this venture to make it productive. I remain
grateful to all our parents and well-wishers for their priceless
support and cooperation in this moment of crisis.
Stay blessed with Love and Grace.

Our Students - Resilient Learners!!
Achievement is an accomplished task through a brilliant effort, a
high level of
motivation, and perseverance to achieve a goal. Achievers believe
in their
capabilities; they are the ones who see an opportunity in
adversity.
Achievers make things happen because they are proactive; they don't
allow
the circumstances to overtake and limit them.
Example, during this Covid 19 pandemic, we shifted from
brick-and-mortar
classes to digital classes. For the first time in recent history,
our children have
been kept away from schools. They have learned through zoom, away
from
one another, from teachers and mentors. They have been expected
to
continue their growth and learning despite being away from the
experiential
and community learning, the sweetest and most impactful learning of
all.
They have shown great capacity to adapt and to continue to grow
amidst
panic and chaos and have shown support and investment in themselves
and
their learning communities in a time that would have been easy to
give up on.
Students have shown compassion, understanding, flexibility, and
have taught
us all incredible resilience in the face of the impossible. We are
achievers as
we have overcome our obstacles and progressed by making online
learning a
reality. Achievers can make things happen with discipline and
focus.
Studies have shown that feeling a sense of accomplishment is vital
in students
developing positive well-being over time. Therefore, let us be
action oriented
with a winning mentality so that we will also be an achiever and
make things
happen.
Education must not only modernize us but also transform us.
Staying
updated is the key to success in any field specially in the field
of education.
Learning gives creativity, creativity leads to thinking, thinking
provides
knowledge and knowledge makes you great in the voyage of the
discovery of
excellence in the field of education.
The achievements could be in academics, sports, personal life, or
at the social
level. The achievements and the successes make one happy and
proud,
whereas the failures or the mistakes in life make you bold. We set
goals in life
and perform actions to accomplish them; we achieve our goals when
they
bring success.
Excellence is not being the best; it is doing your best.
Achievement provides absolute pleasure in life.

Achievers have an ambition
Achievers are so proficient

So, they fly high with wings

-
Achiever is a person who is successful – someone who has
accomplished his/her goals to achieve means to reach, attain
or
accomplish the things you set out to do. One of the most
important
things is Determination – determination to do something by
having
a strong will and not giving up on your goals. Lord Buddha,
Albert
Einstein, John Milton & Thomas Edison can be taken as example
of
great human beings who have achieved great heights with a
strong
will and great determination. They not only worked for their
own
self-satisfaction, but they also enlightened the world with
their
work. High achievers dream specifics – plan smart &
confidently
strive towards success. They often talk about how much fun they
are
having. Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft began his
successful
career simply being excited about video games and computers.
Achievers create their own opportunities. Berne Brown is a
respected social researcher, popular speaker & author.
She has been hosted on Oprah, has written slew of popular
self-help
books. High Achievers know better than to burn bridges. They
also
tend to not compare themselves to others. They are so focused
on
what they want, that they don’t stop to look around at what
others
are doing.

Neeraj Chopra is the 1st Indian sports person who won the
gold medal for India in Javelin throw. His parents put him
into
school at a young age. India has not won gold medal at all,
but after the school training and his hard work, he won the
medal for India. He is also a soldier in Indian Army.

happen” .
We should work hard to Achieve our goals and make things

My Role Model
When she was 8, she started learning how to play badminton.
she's
none other than PV Sindhu my role model –
"Keep working hard, there is no excuse for it, the
most important thing is to stay dedicated and
focused. We need to have a goal to achieve.”
These are the words that she told for 10-year-old kids which
I
remember.
Though she is a foodie like me, she compromises on food to stay
fit
and healthy avoiding junk. She says learning is a continuous
progress. You must keep evolving with the changing times. The
future really looks good with plenty of talent and challenges on
the
youngsters to achieve their goals.
And finally, she made it once again at the Olympics in 2021 with
a
bronze medal to our nation. Therefore, I can say achievers

things happen. - Anantha siddhe III C
No Pain No Gain
A person with his/her effort achieves success ……
In every one’s life achieving something is always awesome. Every
student should keep a target or goal in his/her mind. Based on
their capacity and talent they must try to achieve
their target. An achiever should always be proactive. To achieve
something we require self-confidence, self-
motivation, learning, attitude, hard-working, interest, strong
involvement, planning and strong in heart.

MY FIRST ACHIEVEMENT
I want to share my first achievement with you all. When I was
in
my LKG and I was four years old I got my first prize/ award for
my
meritorious academic performance throughout the year. I was
given a certificate & trophy by sister Elizbeth. At that time,
I didn’t
even have the sense to understand what I achieved but I felt
so
happy when everyone sitting there and clapped for me and
admired my success. My teachers and my family congratulated
me. I remember I got special gift from my parents as a mark
of
appreciation. I decided to get more awards and prizes to make
my elders feel proud of me.

MORAL STORY
There was a jungle nearby a narrow river. Hari a Shepherd
gazed
his sheep every day in the jungle. He had to watch over his flock
very
carefully.
One day, a lion appeared on the bank of the river. Hari saw
the
lion and became alert. The flock too, noticed the animal and
quickly began
to run. After a while, Hari noticed a cub who was just born. Hari
took the
tiny cub home. Gradually it became a member of the flock, gazing in
the
fields with the sheep. As it grew up, it looked like a small lion,
but it
bleated with its friends just the same.
One summer afternoon, Hari was taking a nap in the shade of a
tree. Suddenly a lion crept into the field. The flock began to run,
bleating.
Hari woke up and began to run after his flock.
But to his surprise, the big lion wasn’t chasing the sheep
instead,
it caught the lion cub in its mouth and took it over to the other
side of the
river.
For the lion, it was a disgraceful thing for one of its own kind to
be
eating grass and bleating. So, it was trying to impress the cub
that both of
them belonged to the same family. He gives a roar, but the
terrified cub
was not convinced.
Now the lion dragged the cub right up to the edge of the
bank,
where both could see their reflection. “Look, my son said the
lion”, Look
how similar these two images are. Look at our faces, they are
identical.
“You are not a sheep”. The cub began to get the point. The Lion
then made
the cub taste the meat; the cub knew for sure that it belongs to
the lion
family. Out of joy it began to roar. It followed its new identity
.
Moral:
“Most of us behave like the hypnotized cub, convinced that we
are
weak and powerless. It requires a person of wisdom to bring about
a
change in our ideas - The wise instil, courage and knowledge in
ordinary
people. That is how we can say “ACHIEVERS MAKE THINGS
HAPPEN”.
-Ashritha doodle III C
Success-Go get it
An achiever is the one who does not wait for the happenings to
occur by themselves. Instead they get up and hunt for the
opportunity and continues journey with "never give up
attitude".
Successes not necessarily should be achieved by all in the first
attempt itself but the winners are those who are confident,
optimist, hardworking, self-disciplined and believes in themselves.
Positive action combined with positive thinking results in success.
Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. As great APJ
Abdul Kalam said "without your involvement you can't succeed and
with your involvement you can't fail”.
Success can be viewed as the measure of satisfaction and happiness
we have in our life.
Albert Einstein - A gem in the ocean of science was rejected to
Zurich polytechnic school.
Walt Disney-The famous cartoonist was fired for not being creative
once in his lifetime.
These stories are enough to build an over lasting
potential towards reaching the goal of "SUCCESS".

Lockdown and Me
Hi! My name is Durgam Akshaya, and I am studying in III C.
Hope
you are doing fine. I would like to share my experience of
the
pandemic in this article. It was one of the regular days in
March
2020; I was studying and practising difficult words for the
upcoming annual exams. Out of the blue, my mother spilled the
news that the exams got cancelled and there was no school
from
next day onwards. My joy knew no bounds. I jumped and
screamed with happiness. I started listening to new terms such
as
covid and corona virus. I asked many doubts to whomever I
spoke
with, it was all chaos. My parents assured me saying that
there
was nothing to worry and staying at home could save our
lives.
Lockdown was something I never asked for, my mother said same
pinch. I heard my family chatting about never ending cooking
spree, cleaning, and endless household chores. I remember my
father telling me that it's a teamwork from now onwards and
we
should not trouble Mumma.
Days, weeks, and months passed by, and yet there was no news
of parks or school reopening. Online class news excited me, and
I
was early waiting for it. It was all new to me and my mom as
well.
Slowly I adapted to online classes. My teachers were very
supportive. We celebrated all special occasions virtually.
Teachers
made us laugh, dance, participate in activities and guide us
step
by step for everything virtually. If I were a teacher, I would
have
shouted on all students for online mischief. My teachers were
so
kind and patient. The fun of school was still missing. To be
frank,
I still eagerly waited for school to reopen. I cried many times
and
troubled my mother about school reopening date. I took my
exams also online.
almost everyone I knew were affected with Covid and it
was so sad to see them in helpless situation. My parents
mourned the demise of our close ones. They helped and
supported everyone they could and indeed I too was part
of it. The pandemic is challenging not only to teachers and
parents but also to the students. I learnt many things such
as caring for others, adjusting to any situation and finally
being happy and content. I pray to almighty God to put full
stop to Covid-19 pandemic so, that everyone can lead their
lives in a normal way again. I would like to conclude my
article reminding everyone that “ we all are achievers now
for surviving these tough times”. Thank you so much for
your valuable time. Have a great time ahead.
