Supply and manifold pressure taps arelocated on the gas valve body 1/8” N.P.T.and on the manifold.
Use a properly calibrated manometer gaugefor accurate gas pressure readings.
Only small variations in the gas flow shouldbe made by means of the pressure regulatoradjustment. Furnaces functioning on LP gasmust be set by means of the tank or branchsupply regulators. The furnace manifoldpressure should be set at 10” W.C. at the gascontrol valve.
To adjust the pressure regulator, remove theregulator cap and turn the adjustment screwclockwise to increase pressure orcounterclockwise to decrease pressure. Then replace the regulator cap securely.
Any necessary major changes in the gasflow rate should be made by changing thesize of the burner orifices. To change orificespuds, shut off the manual main gas valveand remove the gas manifold.

The integrated control is a four-ignitionsystem.After a total of four cycles without sensingmain burner flame, the system goes into a100% lockout mode. After one hour, theignition control repeats the prepurge andignition cycles for 4 tries and then go into100% lockout mode again. It continuesthis sequence of cycles and lockout eachhour until ignition is successful or power isinterrupted. During the lockout mode, neither the ignitor or gas valve will beenergized until the system is reset byturning the thermostat to the “OFF”
position or interrupting the electrical powerto the unit for 3 seconds or longer. Theinduced draft blower and main burner willshut off when the thermostat is satisfied. The circulating air blower will start and runon the heating speed if the thermostat fanswitch is in the “ON” position. The integrated furnace control is equippedwith diagnostic LED. The LED is litcontinuously when there is power to thecontrol, with or without a call for heat. If theLED is not lit, there is either no power tothe control or there is an internalcomponent failure within the control, andthe control should be replaced. If the control detects the following failures, the LED will flash on for approximately 1/4second, then off for 3/4 second fordesignated failure detections.1 Flash: Failed to detect flame within the
four tries for ignition.2 Flash: Pressure switch or induced draft
blower problem detected.3 Flash: High limit or auxiliary limit open.4 Flash: Flame sensed and gas valve not
energized or flame sensed with no“W” signal.
5 Flash: Overtemperature switch open.
