• Engine Failure in Flight• Turn, Climb, Clean, Check• 150 knots (minimum) to 2 G, 20° NH turn

• Attempt airstart if warranted• Fire, FOD, Frozen or below 2000’ AGL…do not attempt

• Engine Seizure = 0 hydraulics pressure• 125 knots, clean configuration

• 1000 feet of altitude lost = 2 miles traveled• Half the DME + Key

• Notify appropriate parties when able• Redstick, Foreman, Approach, Honcho, Wizard

• Intercept ELP (HAPL)• 30° = 2000’, 45° = 1500’, 60° = 1000’

• Weather procedures• VFR minimums for low key (500’ below clouds)

• If below ORM 3-2-1 eject

Ops Notes

• DLF is running low on tires. O&Bs and X/Cs are requested to minimize touch and goes. CT crews are also requested to minimze extra touch and goes.

• Glider competition near Uvalde 28 July-18 Aug (SFC-10K') - Ski 8, 9, 10 limited use

• Aerobatics will be conducted over Comanche Rance SFC-6k' 1300-2000
