Note:(i) Principals are requested to verify the eligibility of the candidates forregistration for examination in respect of malpractice/ court cases/ credits.

(ii) Hall Tickets are to be issued by the Principal only to the eligible candidateswho fulfill the academic requirements of the University. The Principals arerequested to inform the students that mere payment of examination feedoes not guarantee eligibility for appearing for examination.

1. Applicants of RR Batch should enclose the Xerox copies of latest MarksMemo containing failed subjects along with the applications.

2. APPLICATIONS CAN BE HAD AT THE OFFICE OF THERESPECTIVE PRINCIPALS OF THEIR COLLEGE AND DULY FILLEDIN

APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE HANDED OVER IN THE RESPECTIVECOLLEGE OFFICE WITH NECESSARY FEE.

3. The Principals are requested to submit the filled in Applications to the

Controller of Examinations J.N.T. University Kakinada as per theschedule given below.

4. Lab Examinations award lists have to be sent to the Controller of Examinations J.N.T. University Kakinada, so as to reach this office on or before 21-02-2012

5. All the above Examinations will be conducted at the respective Colleges.

6. The principals are requested to arrange to pay the examination fee inLump sum by consolidating all the above examinations in the Registrar’sONLINE’ Account. However, credit separately for each of the followingCategories (viz. without late fee, with late fee of Rs.100/- and with lateFee of Rs.1000/-)

7. The Principals are requested to remit the above fee ‘ON LINE’ in theRegistrar’s SB Account No.30538088925 (IFS CODE:SBIN0001358)

on the next day of the last date as per the above schedule andsubmit the counter foil along with applications at University Office.

Applications are to be submitted the following Dates:

1. Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram & Srikakulam Dists. on 13-02-2012.

2. East Godavari, West Godavari and Krishna Districts on 14-02-2012.

3. Guntur and Prakasham Districts on 15-02-2012.
