Effective Performance LifeWhen manufactured by one of 3M’s Scotchprint® Graphics AuthorizedManufacturers and applied in accordance with 3M recommendedprocedures, the following finished graphic performance may beexpected. Performance statements are based upon field experience and exposure tests conducted throughout the United States; however,actual durability depends upon the substrate selection and preparation,exposure conditions, and maintenance of the graphics.

Warranted DurabilityControltac Plus Changeable Graphic Film with Comply Performance8655C (ES) is warranted for up to one year for exterior, fleet, andinterior vertical graphics (face of graphic is vertical ± 10°), and for up to six months for fleet and exterior graphics and up to one year for interior graphics on non-vertical surfaces (face of graphic is greaterthan 10° from vertical). Subtract six months from the durability forexterior signs and fleet graphics in the U.S. Desert Southwest (includingArizona, New Mexico, and the desert areas of California, Nevada, Utah,and Texas). A detailed map is available by request. The warranty for thisarea is reduced because there is more solar energy. For exterior graphicwarranty periods outside the United States, please contact the 3M salesorganization for that country.

Warranty and Limited WarrantyThe following is made in lieu of all other express or implied warranties,including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for aparticular purpose: Film 8655C (ES) is warranted to be free of defectsin materials and manufacture at the time of shipment and to meet thespecifications stated in the product bulletin. 3M will replace or refundthe price of any 3M materials that do not meet this warranty within thespecified time periods. Use this filmto produce attractive emblems, labels, striping, signs, point-of-purchasedisplays and other graphics. The dark pigmented adhesive on this filmprovides excellent hiding power. The finished graphics can be applied toexterior or interior flat surfaces, with or without rivets.
