Dear Jas

Re 293 Norwood Road Southal UB2 4JJ

Please find below my quotation for the installation of a photovoltaic system 3.0 KW peak comprising 12Bisol BMO250 Monocrystalline Black on Black modules mounted in a roof integrated system on the southwest facing roof.

I have simulated the returns for each proposal using both the Standard Assessment Procedure laid out in themcs certification guidelines and also with the aid of dedicated specialist analytical software created by thephotovoltaic department of the University of Geneva PV Syst. I have attached the simulations and thecalculations for the financial returns.

I have summarised the results for your convenience in the table on page 3.

Please be advised that in order to qualify for the feed in tariff the property will need to demonstrate anenergy efficiency level of D or above via an energy performance certificate.

Please also re advised that a roof report by a qualified professional will need to be provided In order to verifythe load bearing capacity of the roof structure. This is a requirement of the MCS process to validate thesystem to qualify for the Feed in Tarrif. Again complete Plumbing can provide this report for our standardfee as detailed in the estimates provided.

Please also be advised that planning permission may be required for this installation. Complete Pluming hasdnot carried out planning enquiries for this installation. Should you wish us to make planning enquiries onyour behalf we shall be able to do so, charges may apply.

Please also be advised that should you wish to proceed we will ask for a 40% deposit and ask you to sign ourstandard custom agreement which we have attached for your attention.

Should you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely,

Nick Cotton

Kwh stands for kilowatt hours which is the unit electricity usage is measured in. The Feed in tariff pays 15.44p at current levels for each unitgenerated by the system plus 4.5p for half the total generated which is assumed will be fed back to the grid. In addition it is assumed that

half the total will be used in the property and so will yield returns from using your own electricity rather than buying electricity at 13p a unitfrom your electricity supplier.

The performance of solar PV systems is impossible to predict with certainty due to the variabilityin the amount of solar radiation (sunlight) from location to location and from year to year. Thisestimate is based upon the Government's standard assessment procedure for energy rating ofbuildings (SAP) and is given as guidance only. Tarriffs are set to deliver an approximate rate of return of 5-8% for well sited installations

As the tarrifs are linked to inflation in nominal terms the rate of return could therefore be

considered to be approximatly 7-10%

In the 2009 pre budget report the chancellor confirmed that households who use renewable technology

to generate electricity mainly for own use will not be subject to income tax on feed in tarrifs.

An excellent service and an excellent product. Professional and objective advice from the start to thecompletion of our engagement plus an on-going support when required.Physical works carried out quickly clearly and safely. Solar panels are technically great and look marvellousdue to the advice I received the maximum amount of ‘from solar panelI’d thoroughly recommend this company and would have them back to work for me again without a secondthought.Huge apologies for the delay! Our panels are great

Thanks for helping out where others couldn’t. It’s a relief to find someone who understands the complexity ofmodern home energy systems and is able and willing to work out best solution for every site. Will AndersonSW2

Installation was completed very helpful and efficient within a couple of days, and my solar panels were up andrunning straight away. Thank you. Your service is brilliantCharmian KennerSW2

Complete Plumbing and Heating Service Ltd played a major part as a sub-contractor. Their standard of workwas very good and included the installation of the Solar and Photo Voltaic panels with related pipework andequipment as well as the more general plumbing work.

The project was completed very satisfactorily within budget and with the submission of a reference manuallisting the work done. On completion the Company provided a briefing explaining the system and the controlmethodology. We were very pleased with the quality work and helpfulness of all involved.

Peter CobleySW4

We asked three companies to provide us with an estimate to install PV panels, CPHS was not only the mostthorough of the three in terms of survey they undertook but they also came up with the most cost effectiveproposal. The installation went pretty smoothly and the system works well.

Very Happy. Job done professionally. Very high standard of workmanship. Cooperative team of installers.

Found them highly experienced in the field of solar and underfloor heating. I would highly recommend this

company without any doubt. Pleasure to do business with Nick Cotton.
