Ribbon Cuttings
Every new member has the opportunity to host a Ribbon Cutting. These events are a great wayto advertise your company and network with fellow Chamber members and the community.
A member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, typically the Chair of the Board, will welcome guests
and introduce someone on your team to give a short overview of the company. The Chamber sends out invitations to the
Chamber Blue Coats, City and County elected officials and media. It will also be advertised on our calendar of events
on the Chamber’s website and in our weekly e-newsletter. Please feel free to invite your customers, vendors, family and
friends. Some of the previous companies have provided refreshments and have had a positive response. It is entirely
up to you and we do stress not to spend a lot, as representatives are there to learn about you and your company.
We find it is best to hold these events on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at either 11:30 am or 4:30 pm. If
you are interested, please fill out the bottom portion with dates and times that work with your schedule.
Email to [email protected], fax to (830) 625-7918 or call Jennifer directly at (830) 608-2818.
