Registration Procedure:

Exhibitors should take the "Agreement" and Business Card to get the Exhibitor

Badges before they enter the exhibition hall to build up. The exhibitors without

the “Agreement” please contact the organizer.

Note:

The exhibitors should get the Exhibitor Badges before 15:00 on May 13,

otherwise cannot enter the exhibition hall during the build-up and show time.

VI. Services Provided by the Organizer

Services Detailed Information

1. Booth The organizer provides standard booth and raw space. The

standard booth will be updated free of charge.

2. Show Directory The organizer publishes the show directory including the profile

of exhibitors (in both English and Chinese) and gives to the

exhibitors and pre-registered visitors for free.

3. Exhibitor/Visitor badges The organizer provides “exhibitor badges” and “visitor badges” to

their customers for free.

4. Free publicity before the

exhibition

The organizer cooperates with overseas professional media to

publish show preview and advertisement and participates in

industry exhibitions abroad to introduce CIDPEX brand overseas

and further enhance its international influence.

The function-“search for exhibitors” is added in the visitor online

registration system. The pre-registered visitors can search for

exhibitors according to their production, key words, locations, etc.

5.Give industry publication

One copy of 2014/2015 Directory of Tissue Paper & Disposable

Products [China] (value: 300 Yuan)

6.Exhibitor on-line

registration system

The organizer builds the on-line registration system for free on the

official website. This system provides comprehensive and detailed

information for the exhibitors, including exhibition schedule,

exhibitor instructions, official contractor and official freight

forwarder information, exhibition map, hotel reservation, etc.

The exhibitors can provide exhibitors introduction, apply for

exhibitor badges, submit furniture rent list and download exhibitor

manual through this system.

7.Short-message and email The organizer provides free short-message and email service to

service help the exhibitors participate in the exhibition smoothly and

efficiently.

8.Help the exhibitors to

invite clients

The organizer provides free VIP and potential clients invitation

service for the exhibitors, including sending invitation before

exhibition, telephone invitation, sending visitors badges, etc.

9.Official Stand Contractor The organizer appoints official stand contractor to build standard

booth, rent furniture and apply for water supply and electrical

items.

10.Official Freight

Forwarder

The organizer appoints Giantexpo Service Int'L to be responsible

for the international and domestic logistics, going in and out the

Exhibition Hall, warehousing, customs declaration and some other

Exhibits related logistics services.

11. Interview of the

exhibitors

The organizer will interview some exhibitors which have made

big progress in recent years and publish the interviews in Tissue

Paper and Disposable Products magazine.

12.Security The security department of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition

center will provide on-site security service.

13.Cleaning Cleaning service before and after the exhibition every day.

14.Hotel booking The organizer provides hotel and ticket booking services to

exhibitors.

15.Technical exchange The organizer will hold international conference at the same time

of exhibition to provide a platform for the enterprises to promote

advanced technology and exchange information.

16.Attracting overseas

visitors

The organizer publicizes the exhibition on the related international

conference, magazines and websites.

17.Services after exhibition The organizer provides visitors contact information to exhibitors

for free.

VIII. Stand Construction

Standard Shell Scheme Booth

Requirements for Standard Booth:

1. The maximum power capacity inside standard booths is 500W. It’s only for the

exhibitors to use laptops or low capacity electrical equipment. If the exhibitors need

high-capacity electricity power, please apply to the official contractor.

2. The exhibitors should not remove or take out any electrical equipment in the

standard booth.

3. The exhibitors should not change the structure or equipments inside the booth.

The exhibitors should ask for the official contractor’s advice before changing the

basic equipment inside the booth.

4. If the exhibitors change and reconstruct the standard booth during the build-up

time, the organizer will treat this booth as raw space and not provide any equipment

(including carpet) inside the booth. The exhibitor should pay construction fee of

standard booth, management fee of raw space, cash pledge payment of safety and

cleaning to the official contractor and apply for electricity power, etc.

5. The electricity inside the standard booth will be on from 12:00 on May 13.

Basic Equipments: side walls surrounded, panel, carpet inside the booth, two

spotlights, one aluminum alloys desk with lock, three chairs, one glass round table,

one electrical outlet (within 500W), one wastepaper basket.

Raw Space Stand

Relevant Provisions for Raw Space Construction

1. To create a good exhibition environment, audio equipment is not allowed to use

inside the exhibition hall. Large scale video equipment is also not allowed (including

LED and plasma TV). If the video equipment has sound effect within, the sound

should be kept under 60 decibels.

2. The maximum height of the stand should be: 6m.

3. Second floor structure is not permitted.

4. Contractors of Raw Space should go through relevant procedures:

Rent the electricity power and furniture, submit the booth drawings and other

documents to the official contractor

(Deadline: March 28, 2014)

Pay the management fee of raw space, construction pass badges fee, rental

payment, etc.

Build-up

Time

Go to onsite service center (4-2 glass room, in front of Hall 4) in Chengdu Century

City New International Exhibition & Convention Center: to pay the cash pledge

payment of safety construction and cleaning

Sign the “Safety Contract of Raw Space Construction”, scan the ID of the

responsible person

Get the construction pass badges with the receipt

Show time

Get the invoice for electricity fee, management fee of raw space, rental payment,

etc. with the receipt (4-2 glass room, in front of Hall 4)

Break

down time

Make sure the cleaning is done and there is no safety accident. Proceed the break

down procedure at the onsite service center (4-2 glass room, in front of Hall 4)

with the signature of the person in charge

should carry their own electricity box which satisfies

safety regulations. If the exhibitor needs special power

supply, like 110V, the exhibitor should take its own

Power Supply.

2. The electricity in the exhibition halls will be given

from 12:00 on May 13. The exhibitors can apply for

electricity at the official contractor’s onsite service

center if the machinery needs to be adjusted earlier.

3. Extra 20% expedited fee will be charged for onsite

application of electricity during show time.

4. Extra 100 Yuan per piece will be charged for outdoor

use.

5. For the second time connection, 100 Yuan will be

charged per piece.

6. Extra 40% fee will be charged for 24 hrs electricity

(only for small electric appliance like refrigerator,

charger).
