Simplified as below,> > 1 identify host students/families and collect students/families information; (hopefully in Oct 2011)> 2 confirm the numbers, and exchange information with Ameson to match SAYA students and their hosts; (Nov 2011)> 3 issue official invitation letter to Ameson for visa process; (Dec 2011)> 4 arrange host family first time pick-up from the school; (Jan 2012)> 5 SAYA students attend US classes at your school with their "host buddy" for a week; (Jan 2012)> 6 arrange a session for SAYA students' art/culture performance;(Jan 2012)> 7arrange host family drop offat the school on the day of departure.(Jan 2012)> > We hope the new SAYA group will be welcomed as last year at your school, and hopefully the number can grow, as we already had a great experience working togetherover the program. Chinese students visit for one week and stay with school-arranged host families that are compensated by Ameson
