PurchasEdge Privacy
The PurchasEdge program is entirely channel-neutral, and will not supply personally identifying information (PII) for PurchasEdge members to any competing channel. “Any competing channel” includes HP SMB, HP Home & Home Office Store. PII from one reseller is not given to any other reseller. A reseller could obtain customer names from other resources such as phone books, but not from the PurchasEdge program.
All PurchasEdge member information is hosted and managed by a channel-neutral third party. Free HP product orders are fulfilled by a third party, not the HP Direct channel organization.
All member information submitted as part of the PurchasEdge program will be used in accordance with HP's privacy statement as posted on the PurchasEdge and HP websites: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/eng/privacy.html.
HP PurchasEdge requires members to provide a valid work e-mail address in order to send quarterly e-statements. These statements include information about the member's account and the total number of points that member has earned and redeemed.

Requirements of Reseller Participation
Q: How do invoices get submitted?
A: Your company must have a representative with administrative privileges on the PurchasEdge system. This representative should regularly compile, format and upload the invoice data for all the PurchasEdge members who shop with your company.
Q: When are invoices submitted?
A: Invoices must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date. We recommend your company have a regular submission schedule, such as weekly or monthly.
