Steps to Servant-Leadership



My life is a gift from God and my purpose is to love God and others. I will strive in my daily life to be a good son and brother to my family. I will establish a company that promotes the gospel values of honesty, truthfulness and justice. I will plan a program that will serve the poor people in alleviating their lives.

1. Obedient Christian – I am a child of God and I believe that I must always follow the will of God in my life.

3. Supportive Brother – I am the youngest child and I want to return the support given to me by my siblings.




4. Effective Leader – I want to establish my own company and I plan to be a servant-leader to be effective.

The role of a Servant-Leader is to lead by example just like Jesus. Therefore, I need to be obedient always to the will of God for me. I also need to continue to show my love and support to my family and to plan to establish my own company. Lastly, I must also share the blessings I received to others especially the poor.
