• Training capitalizing human resources to carry out NGS
and Metagenome analysis.
• Our strength high skilled resource persons hands on
session for both molecular biology and bioinformatics
• Carry out high throughput research using genomic tools to
foster trans-disciplinary dialogues in functional genomics.
• The progress of science is punctuated by the advent of
revolutionary technologies that provide new ways and scales
to formulate scientific questions and advance knowledge.
• Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, with its high-
throughput capacity and low cost, has developed rapidly in
recent years and become an important genome-wide tool to
discover new genes, genomes and its elements.
• Metagenomics aids in analyses of unculturable microbes and
understand the correlation the microbial genomes with the
environment. Computational tools are evolving with speed and
accuracy to address problems of genome and transcriptome.
• Hand-holding of participants and mentoring by genome
experts throughout this training will create an ecosystem for
experiential learning in real time.
