Who can participate• Participants, born on or between the dates of 2nd
August 1991 and 25th July 1999
• IST´s, born on or before 1st August 1991
• All participants and IST´s are part of a national
contingent – one contingent per country
• Max 500 participants and 100 IST pr. country.
• No contingent can have more IST than participants.

Moot standards of an educational program.• Each Centre is graded in three main program
areas:• Motion and adventure (A 1-3)• Community involvement (C 1-3)• Nature and environment (N 1-3)
• Participants choose a Centre site based on their program interest

Eagle Village: Viking – Change by time
Giant Village: Health – Change by lifestyle
Dragon Village: Arts and innovation –Change by
performance
Participants organization
• Ten person patrols, based on a common journey interest, max 2 people from each country• Four partrols form a tribe• Advisors are assigned to each tribe- as a rule, one
Icelandic, one non-Icelandic• The patrol is responsible for accommodation and
program participation (tents etc.). • The tribe is responsible for daily living, food etc.
IST program• Moot service, 8 hrs• Off hours
• hikes• sporting events• safari sessions• pool trips• discussion forums• café´s • the general evening programme• etc.
Moot fee• 250 USD category A country • 500 USD category B country• 750 USD category C country• 1000 USD category D country
Late registration fee, 5% addition
Contingent Leaders‘ Meeting
• Will be held in Iceland 22nd – 24th of July 2016 during the national jamboree in Iceland• Meeting will be at the camp site, Ulfljotsvatn
Scout Centre. • You are welcome to join the jamboree as well,
held from 17th – 24th of July – www.jamboree.is • Head of contingent, jambassasdors, key figuers in
your association may join. • More information will be sent out in September
2015.
Registration• 30 November 2014, NSO´s submit a statement of
intend to participate in the Moot and give the hoped for number of participants and IST• 1 January 2016, NSO´s submit the name of the
head of contingent• 1 October 2016, formal registration starts• 31 December 2016, formal registration closes
