Display Setup Instructions

Steps to Assemble the 20ft Fusion Display:

Step 1: Install the Carpet Padding and Vinyl Flooring.

Step 2: Assemble the Backwall and Header Signs.

Step 3: Install the Fluorescent Lighting and Fabric Graphic on the Center Section.

Step 4: Attach the Backwall Posters and Header Posters with Velcro.

Step 5: Attach the TV Monitors to the Back Posts.

Step 6: Attach the Stem Lights to the top of the frame.

Step 7: Assemble the Pedestals and place them along the backwall.

Step 8: Assemble the Counter and place it within the booth area.

A) Components attach together using the Tension Locks and a hex key.

B) Assemble the Center Section along the backwall.

Assemble the Center Back Panels so that the openings for the power cords are in the bottom corner as shown. Also, make sure that the Velcro faces forward to attach the �uorescent lights.

Slide the PVC Wall Panels into place along the inside tracks of the Posts and Beams.

Velcro on front of the Center Back Panels to attach the fluorescent lights.

C) Slide the Ceiling Panel Supports into the inside tracks along the upper beams prior to assembly.

E) Attach the Wire Management Sections to the inside tracks at the front of the Center Section.

D) Place the Ceiling Panel on top of the Ceiling Panel Supports.

The Wire Management snaps into place with pressure. Make sure that the Velcro faces forward.

Panel Gripper

Panel Grippers lock into position using hex key, bolt, and PR2 friction lock.

Attach the Back Post halfway along the bottom brace at 38¼” from the Center Section as shown.

Strongbacks attach to the Panel Grippers with the nylon threaded screws.

F) Assemble the Side Sections to the Center Section. Begin by attaching the Back Posts.

G) Attach the Strongbacks to the back posts.

H) The Strongbacks attach to the back posts using the Panel Grippers and Nylon Set Screws.

I) Attach the top brace to the top of the Back Post and Center Section.

J) Slide the Side Back Panels into place along the inside tracks.

Velcro on front of PVC Panels for Laminated Posters. (The posters may be preattached).

Pull back the Side Back Panels together in the middle to properly align and attach them to the Strongbacks with Velcro along the seam.

K) Attach the Side Back Panels to the Strongbacks along the seam with Velcro.

M) Assemble the Header Sections.

L) Attach the End Sections.

N) Slide the Header Panels down into position from the top.

A) Attach the Fluorescent Lights along the center backwall panels with Velcro and attach them in series.

B) Unfold the Fabric Graphic and attach to the frame with Velcro.

Install the Fluorescent Lighting and Fabric Graphic along the Center Section.

Attach the Fabric Graphic starting at the top left corner and roll downward keeping the top edge aligned with the top of the frame.

Header Poster

A) Attach the backwall posters to the back PVC panels so that they abut together at the inside seams (if they are not already attached to the PVC panels).

B) Attach the Header Posters to the Header Panels with Velcro.

Use two (2) people or more when attaching the LED Monitor to the Back Post.

A) Attach the Monitor Mounts to the back of the LED Monitors with bolts.

B) Attach the Monitor Mounts to the Back Posts with Tension Locks and hex key.

Attach the TV Monitors to the Back Posts.

Attach the Stem Lights to the top of the frame.

Secure Lights to top of frame with thumbscrews.

A) Place Lights at desired locations and secure with thumbscrews.

Step 3: Place the Shelf onto the Shelf Brackets. (Attach the Shelf Brackets along the interior tracks of the Front and Back Panel Assemblies if they are not already attached. Also, adjust the heights of the Shelf Brackets as desired.)
