Tejal spent the first half of her career in management consul5ng in large global strategy consul5ng firms working with retail and manufacturing companies on business process and technology improvement. The second half of her career was focused on leading large-‐scale organiza5onal changes and leadership development in a Fortune 25 company. Throughout her career, what was always the most challenging, yet fulfilling, aspect of managing change was working with people on the personal shiCs that went along with business change. As a cer5fied facilitator, Tejal designed and led many professional development workshops where she was recognized for her crea5vity, energy and ability to inspire. Tejal serves to advance and advocate for women in many ways. She has recently been appointed to Chair the RI Commission on Women, is on the Execu5ve CommiLee of the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way, is the RI Delegate for Vision 2020 and mentors young women through Year-‐Up. Tejal has a BS in Engineering and an MBA in Strategy and Process Improvement.
ACer working for over 15 years in leading business change, Tejal became one of the founding partners of Centered Change, LLC; a Providence-‐based consul5ng prac5ce. Centered Change partners with organiza5ons, teams, and individuals to remove internal and external barriers that prevent the eleva5on of women to roles with impact. This is done through business consul5ng, workshops, educa5on, and coaching.
