Experience of preconstruction to final handover of the project of varied nature viz. Commercial Construction, Industrial Building, etc.
Proven track record of lead role in independently handling the projects - Achievement of objective / deliverables with regards to time schedules, cost, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
Building positive rapport with clients, designers, vendors, consultants, inspectors, Government Officials.
