The musical vision revolves around the Ocean Indian culture taking root in Maloya and Séga,
the major music genres of Réunion Island.Modeled on this culture, ZORéOL music
is Créole : melting pot, tradition et inventiveness …True World Music where African sounds mix with
accordion and Jazz swingswith the Kayamb of Maloya.
Based out from Montpellier (South of France), the band Counts over 300 dates as of today , in France and
abroad (Africa, Canada, Croatia, Russia...).
Afro Créole Style
Formed around Alain Picaud, singer songwriter from Réunion Island, the group perpetuates the traditional Reunion language
and festive musice dearto the Créole culture.
