Current ProblemWhile everyone can access market news and data, only the highly expensive platforms like Bloomberg and SunGard offer cross-asset financial model analytics.

Affordable platforms do not compete

o They are single asset (focusing on the stock market)

o They do not provide unlimited positions and portfolios

o Their analytics and what-if scenarios are constrained

o User interfaces are difficult to navigate throughout the platform

Wall Street grade platforms are highly expensive (thousands of dollars) and require training

Individuals in financial markets are handicapped compared to the professionals on wall street.

4

The Company SolutionZoonova is highly disruptive as it is the only wall-street grade investment platform that is affordable, intuitive, and easy to use.

Cross-asset management (stocks, options, money market, fixed rate bonds, floating rate notes, call/put bonds) full pricing and sensitivity analysis

Unlimited positions and portfolios

Extensive what-if scenarios for multiple positions, portfolios, and strategies
