At the start of the biennium, the
president and officers of the club
attended the Area 5 Training
session. DG Georgitta “Beng”
Puyat.presented the district
Biennial Goals. Other speakers
spoke on several topics to
enlighten the participants about
Zonta’ mission, vision and ideals.
On January 2012, a training on
membership, recruitment and
retention was conducted by
Area OMC Chair Rennie
Andrews. AD Chona Lopez
presided at the meeting and DG
Beng graced the occasion. .

The awarding of the Ten Outstanding Policewomen
of the Philippines held in October 2011 was
published in the Pnilippine Journal magazine. We
publicize the event every biennium to make the
public aware of our advocacy. We also opened a
Facebook account where we posted our projects
and activities )
Our Ten Outstanding Policewomen Awards project aims to empower the policewomen and boost their confidence in keeping peace and order in their communities. Blood Donation Program was held with NCR Police force in Bicutan.

At the start of the biennium new members
were inducted during the installation of
officers and Board members held at
Manila Polo Club in July 2010.
BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM AT BICUTAN WITH NCR POLICEWOMEN AND MEN
Christmas gift giving for the street children in Paco,
Manila and for disabled/special children at Las Pinas.
S- Streamlining Service Projects
H- Harnessing Club resources
I- Improving Status of Women
N- Networking with Like-minded Organizations
E- Empowering women with the right Knowledge
The club conducted a livelihood project with 30 women attending the hair cosmetology training (hair cutting/styling, hair curling, hair treatment, hair coloring ) at barangay Ts Subd ivision at Las Pinas. We also distributed starter kit and certificates to the trainees. The club held a medical-dental mission with distribution of eyeglasses for the elderly were conducted in several depressed areas (residents of Baseco )
The club has been conducting service projects
with other organizations like Freemasonry of the
Philippines, Rotary Club and the PNP group.
This allows us to touch more lives at the least
expense for the club.
We screen candidates of our annual Ten
Outstanding Policewomen (TOPWP) project
carefully together with the PNP and Armscor. Panel
of judges come from different sectors of community.
Awarding was done last October 2011 at Camp
Crame Multi-purpose Center with DG Beng Puyat and
AD Chona Lopez witnessing the occasion.
The club used the skills and resources of its members,
their personal contributions and donations from their
connections to help the club sustain our club projects.
Hawaiian Airlines donated for the Housing project for
Single Mother at Muntinlupa, and MOA signing was done
last July 2010 with the Hawaiian Airlines group and
Mayor San Pedro of Muntinlupa.

we always emphasize to women concern
their basic human rights and gender equality
